The Opportunity 

Administrator, 12-month fixed-term contract
Every other Friday is a day off!

We are currently looking for an Administrator to join our Engineering Department. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position. Role Responsibility

So, what will you be doing?
This is a key role supporting business-as-usual activity within the Engineering function. The opportunity will have a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

  • Providing administrative support to the Engineering Team at the Skipton site during the implementation of Oracle Cloud applications across its internal manufacturing sites.
  • ​Documentation of Planned Maintenance tasks (PPM’s), kitting lists, standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
  • Supporting the closure of the QMS items (Deviations, Capa, Change Control and SOP’s)
  • Maintaining a high level of documentation accuracy and organisation.
  • Ensuring effective communication and coordination within the engineering department.
  • Timeliness in supporting the closure of QMS items such as Deviations, Capa, Change Control, and SOP’s.
  • Accuracy and completeness of documentation for Planned Maintenance tasks, kitting lists, and SOP’s.

  • Knowledge of engineering terminology and processes to understand technical documentation.
  • Experience in drafting and updating standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
  • Familiarity with maintenance planning and scheduling processes.
