Compliance is a key function for Dechra. Dechra operates within an increasingly complex and diverse regulatory framework. As a member of the global compliance team, this System Administrator position will report to the Compliance Manager. The purpose of this role is to be the Systems Administrator with key responsibilities to ensure that the correct support is available for all colleagues to effectively access and use the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) system. This will be used across all parts of the business. This system is used to onboard all new third parties and to provide continuous risk assessments of existing third parties dependent on their assigned risk. Liaising with the Project Team and the third-party system partner, together with the wider Dechra Group IT team, as required.

For the avoidance of doubt, the role is not responsible for pharma-industry specific regulatory matters which are managed globally by the Regulatory team.

Role Responsibility

So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

  • Overall System Administration of the TPRM system, and the key point of contact for all system or IT related aspects of the system.
  • Coordinate and manage technical updates/changes/implementations and roll outs.
  • Monitor and update housekeeping user guides.
  • Monitor shared team inbox.
  • Undertake spot checks to ensure that the system is operating correctly.
  • To work with both internal and external parties on the development of the system, for example the implementation of a Transfer Impact Assessment questionnaire, revision of existing questionnaires and implementation of new questionnaires.
  • Manage access and permissions for users.
  • Responsible for System Data Management. Work with other business units to maintain the quality of the third-party data in the system. Use the system data features e.g. reports, import & export, to conduct regular risk and performance analysis and reporting.
  • Responsible for own personal health & safety.
  • Other tasks as requested.

  • Experience of using MS Office tools, especially Excel is required with experience of data manipulation, analysis, and interpretation

Desirable

  • Experience with specialist compliance software and / or legal tools / technology process improvements
  • Project Management experience
  • Previous experience working in-house (particularly a global business with other cultures) and/or a health/pharma/manufacturing business
  • Ability to horizon scan, anticipate workload and plan accordingly
