The Opportunity 

Administrative support of data and CRM with goal to improve data quality. Let our customers have a nice feeling in handling our customer service.


Main Responsibilities
So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:
  • Customer Service Handle customer queries and complaints via email and telephone Setup contracts for customers CRM
  • Keep CRM system up-to-date
  • Setup new accounts
  • Mapping accounts to Targit
  • Keep memberlists consolidated groups up to date.
  • Daily support sales team regarding CRM issues
  • Handling Data change requests Other
  • Monthly reporting of ‘red prices’ for product managers
  • Be Transparent: Management of the be.transparent database + Yearly reporting on the be.transparent platform
  • Reading and correcting brochures
  • Back-up Office Manager and Info.be mailbox
