The primary role of the HR Shared Services Coordinator is to provide timely and informative support to Dehra employees relating to Human Resources activities. HR activities include, but are not limited to, recruiting support, employee onboarding, and offboarding, benefits administration, leave of absence administration, analysis and compliance reporting, and special projects as assigned.

 

Role Responsibility

So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied scope and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

  • Support benefits administration, open enrollment, life events, audits, compliance reporting, etc.
  • Administering and tracking employee leave processes. Partner with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Address employees requests for assistance by answering specific questions when appropriate or redirecting the employee to the primary source of information, i.e., company intranet, helpdesk, finance, payroll, benefits administrator, etc.
  • Assist in the new hire onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Arrange, provide and coordinate HR systems training for new hires.
  • Prepare and process employee status changes in Oracle Fusion.  
  • Support HRBPs in recruitment efforts as needed by posting positions and setting up interviews.
  • Run standard reports in Oracle Fusion as needed. Audit employee data and partner with Global HRBPs on discrepancies.
  • May have additional support responsibilities in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Compensation or Benefits, and HRBP support for the global Product Development and Regulatory division.
  • Administrative project support as needed.

  • Has a high level of discretion, ability to maintain confidentiality, and professional maturity
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks
  • Critical thinker who can creatively provide solutions for optimization of processes
  • The ability to work independently but also within a team environment
  • Has experience with administering benefits and leaves of absences
  • Experience with HCM systems
  • Proficient in using MS Office with a particular focus on Excel and Outlook

Qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent experience required
