The Opportunity
This exciting new role plays a key part in the growth of our HR Systems team and will provide vital support the Dechra Group HR team and wider operational businesses in reporting, data collation and HR system administration. The successful candidate will also work to assist the Group HR Systems Manager with the delivery of Global HR System related projects.
Role Responsibility
The Challenge
So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:
- Act as the super-user for Oracle Fusion and support the wider HR team.
- Ensure end user support documentation is kept up-to-date to take into account any system improvements.
- Support Group HR Systems Manager in administrating dashboards and reports across multiple Group HR Systems.
- Identify opportunities for improving business processes by working in partnership with the wider HR and operational teams.
- Assist the Group HR Systems Manager with global HR systems related project implementations and new module adoptions.
- Maintain databases, reports and records across multiple Group HR Systems.
- Support Group HR Systems Manager in testing the functionality within reports, rebuild reports and where necessary, make improvements to reports to improve accuracy or usability.
- Induct new users in the correct use of the Group HR systems.
- Support wider HR teams in troubleshooting and providing guidance on Group HR Systems related issues raised.
- Audit on a regular basis, data within the Group HR systems flagging any areas of concern to the wider HR team in relation to data integrity.
- Support the wider HR teams to ensure data input into Group HR Systems is done in a timely manner.

About You

- Experience of assisting with the implementation or day to day management of HRIS, HR data systems or other business systems is desirable
- Experience of assessing and streamlining system related processes and procedures
- Experience in training users online, face to face and preparing training material is nice to have
- A keen interest in data, systems and business processes
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Organised, self-motivated and personable
- Comfortable managing large quantities of data
- Experience of Oracle HRIS and ADP payroll is desirable
