The Opportunity
The Manufacturing and Supply Division are about to undertake a global transformation project to implement Oracle Cloud across five manufacturing sites. The Project requires a Master Data Lead to manage all aspects of the master data the system working closely with supply chain, finance, quality and operations.
Role Responsibility
The Challenge
So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

The successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:
- Provide global leadership, direction and oversight for the master data processes in relation to Oracle Cloud.
- Defining the Master Data strategy for the division
- Take the lead on all master data controls, from creation to obsolesce, to mitigate risks to business operation
- Support the set up and maintenance of master data records including: Customer, Supplier, Material and Chart of Accounts
- Collaborate with other SMEs across the business define a robust, scalable data structure that aligns with our business objectives
- Assist in continual improvement of MDM accuracy and maturity as new processes are implemented. Monitor and incorporate regulatory, compliance and other external requirements
- Manage any change required in master data and process across the manufacturing sites
- Act as subject matter expert during the implementation of a new system, leading and contributing to all project phases from requirements definition through to live operations.
- Provide ongoing support, updates and future enhancement of the master data post go-live in each country.

- Extensive knowledge and experience in Master Data
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud or other similar ERP
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of working in global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows.
- A track record of continuous professional and management development to personal skillset.
- Knowledge of best practice in programme, project and change management.
- Ability to interact cross-functionally and communicate collaboratively in a complex environment.
