Role Responsibility

Office Manager – to keep the office running smoothly, be the point person for the entire office. 

  • Manages the day-to-day needs of the office.
  • Greets and assists visitors
  • Answers incoming phone calls
  • Coordinates office use by employees not located in the office (i.e. training room needs, conference rooms, and “hoteling”)
  • Assist with hotel reservations for certain guests and handle logistics for incoming Dechra guests
  • Organizing catering needs to provide services from preferred vendors as necessary
  • Complete Travel & Expense reports for the President of North America, Vice President of US Sales, and Vice President of Finance of North America
  • Pick up, sort, and distribute mail to appropriate departments
  • Handles delivery of packages, receipts, and outgoing shipping through UPS
  • Coordinates any office renovations and maintenance requests
  • PO Entry for the Office
  • Assist Accounts Receivable/Staff Accountant in daily duties (application of cash, credit card payments, and or other duties)
  • Notary
  • Other Duties as necessary
