The Opportunity
- To provide project management expertise and support for the transfer of products from/to internal sites or from CMOs (Contract Manufacturing Organizations)
- To provide the overall support for executing new product commercialization projects from Dechra PD (Product Development) pipeline
- To provide support for troubleshooting currently commercialized problem products
Role Responsibility
The Challenge
So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members in several countries to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analysing, and summarizing relevant information.
- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
- Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Project management oversight.
The Ideal Candidate
About You
Here at Dechra we pride ourselves on being an inclusive employer and we embrace candidates from all walks of life. We’re particularly keen to hear from those who have/are:
- Relevant pharmaceutical work experience, problem solving skills and the ability to plan and co-ordinate activities are more critical than academic qualifications. The ideal candidate will have a B.A., B.S., in life sciences, engineering, pharmaceuticals, chemistry, or similar fields.
- Experience of managing or co-ordinating Projects within a Pharmaceutical business. (Likely to have a minimum 2 years)
- The position requires an understanding of the development, validation, verification and transfer of products and cGMP regulations. Knowledge of FDA and EMA regulations would be an advantage.
- The successful candidate will be fluent in English (written and spoken) and Croatian
