The Opportunity
Providing Administration support to the Quality department.
Role Responsibility
The Challenge
So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

Download the plan for Production/Packing daily and Check if any documentation is under change control.

Liase with planning and production to ensure a smooth run of batch issuance.

Attend planning meeting every Thursday to update planning/production about any paperwork that can not be released due to issues or updates.

Keep batch docs filing system well organised and up to date.

Provide Administration support to the Quality department including the following:
Control, distribution & archiving of incoming quality documentation
- Training system filing activities
-
Batch documentation reconciliation checks.

Issuance & control of batch records

Archiving of master paper documentation and control of on-site and off-site storage of GMP documents

Retrieval and control of quality/cGMP documentation including logging distribution details

Research, prepare and analyse appropriate statistical data and prepare reports, graphs using Microsoft Office applications where necessary

Participate in CI activities and projects through challenging current working practices with a view of improving efficiencies and Quality standards

Produce, control and check databases

Take meeting minutes and circulate

About You

- Educated to Grade C or above GCSE (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English
- Word processing skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organisational skills
- Previous experience working in an Office environment
- Knowledge of document systems and indexing are desirable
- Experience of assimilating contents of written documents quickly and accurately
