QC Analyst - Microbiological laboratory (m/f/x)

Role Responsibility

So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

  • scheduling of testing, review and authorization of microbial data
  • environmental monitoring and testing
  • performing and organizing Validation/Qualification/Transfer of Microbiology test methods
  • performing technical review of data generated in laboratory, validation protocols and reports
  • creating documentation and reviewing it
  • following domestic and international GMP, GLP, and legal regulations
  • participating in internal and external audits
  • to maintain competence and keep up to date with all new technologies, procedures and methods used in the microbiology laboratory
  • to ensure all instruments/equipment are maintained in a calibrated and operational state
  • to ensure a high standard of housekeeping and safety is maintained in the laboratory
  • performing and organizing employee training
  • implementing changes in the change control system
  • maintaining cooperation with professional institutions and partner companies
  • participating in the resolution of deviations and complaints

The Ideal Candidate

  • academic background in the field of pharmacy, medical biochemistry, biotechnology or other related natural science field is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • practical knowledge and experience in testing sterile / non-sterile pharmaceutical products
  • minimum of three years experience in cGMP Quality environment
  • experience in working with MS Office (365)
  • proficiency in English language (speaking and writing, ability to conduct business and professional communication and create professional documentation)
  • developed organizational and communication skills
