The Opportunity
The QMS Administrator works closely with QA Compliance teams in a support function to ensure compliance to relevant SOPs and cGMP standards.
Role Responsibility
The Challenge
So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:
- Issuance of site Change controls/CAPA’s/Risk assessments or any other relevant QMS documentation as instructed by line manager.
- Control and maintenance of QMS Logs i.e. keeping them inspection-ready at all times.
- Control & maintenance of electronic copies of QMS documents, including but not limited to:
Scanning CC’s/CAPA’s/Deviations/Reject Records etc onto the Q drive. - Creating & updating collection plans, specifications on Oracle for finish product and components.
- Discontinuation of old codes on Oracle for finish product and components and updating the code logs.
- Issuance of site Reject records for finish product & components, Control & updating of Log i.e. keeping them inspection-ready at all times.
- Assisting in the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures relating to own areas of responsibility.
- Research, prepare and analyse appropriate statistical data and prepare reports, graphs using Microsoft Office applications where necessary

About You

- Educated to Grade C or above GCSE (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English
- Previous experience working in an Office environment
- Knowledge of document systems and indexing are desirable
- Experience of assimilating contents of written documents quickly and accurately
