The Opportunity 

To provide quality oversight of GDP activities performed by the operations teams at the Oudewater warehouse.  The role supports the Responsible Person (RP), the main focus lays on ensuring that GDP activities are performed in accordance with Dechra procedures.

The Challenge 

So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

• Maintaining and continuously improving the Quality Management System;
• Process change controls, deviations and other QMS records in support of the RP;
• Administer various aspects of the GDP quality management system including tracking and trending;
• Administer the document management system including issuance of standard operating procedures and forms for the warehouse staff;
• Support the RP with handling of product recalls;
• Creates monthly and yearly reporting of controlled substances and presents to RP for approval;
• Support the oversight of controlled drugs through (internal) audits and reconciliation;
• Perform internal quality audits to ensure that standard operating procedures are followed and all areas are in the correct and appropriate condition;
• Process supplier and customer qualification;
• Provide monthly reports regarding the trends seen within the QMS.

About You

• Highly self-motivated with strong inter-personal skills
• Team player with good social skills when dealing with other departments
• Professional and intellectual capacity (Werk- en denkniveau) HBO Bachelor level
• Demonstrated pharmaceutical experience, including working within quality systems such as change control, deviations and deviations
• Experience working in a GDP warehouse is preferable (or GMP environment), in either a quality or operations roles
• Experience of performing and supporting (internal) audits
