Sales Representative - Finland

The Opportunity 

To professionally sell, manage and develop the business potential of the Dechra pharmaceutical range to the veterinary profession focussing on a defined group of customers.

Role Responsibility

So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

  • Selling products using solid arguments to customers and prospects to achieve sales targets and in line with the overall strategic plan
  • Represent as the key point of contact between Dechra and our customers: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products as a way of maintaining  positive business relationships to ensure future sales
  • Plan and manage territory product mix, as defined with manager in line with company sales and marketing development strategy and timelines
  • Ensure effective territory planning and prioritise sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed business and sales target. Maintain and develop key customer relationships in close cooperation with clients.
  • Making sales plans in regard to the new customers/accounts
  • Use of digital systems and CRM-system as part of daily workflow
  • Attend company meetings and training events as well as customer meetings

The Ideal Candidate

Here at Dechra we pride ourselves on being an inclusive employer and we embrace candidates from all walks of life. We’re particularly keen to hear from those who have/are:

  • Veterinarian, experienced veterinary nurse, pharmacist, agronomist or bachelor of natural resources
  • Experience minimum of 3 years in sales and/or customer orientation in the pharma or veterinary industry
  • Technical knowledge (preferred)
  • Native Finnish, good English language skills, Swedish would be an advantage
