The Opportunity
Internal title: Talent Sourcing Specialist
Talent Acquisition at Dechra is growing! We're looking to recruit a motivated and personable Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our global Talent Team. The successful candidate will work to support the Group Talent Partner, VP of HR (PDRA) and wider operational business with the direct sourcing and selection of candidates across the wider Dechra organisation, with a specific focus on vacancies within our Global Product Development & Regulatory Affairs (PDRA) division.
The Talent Sourcing Specialist will also provide support on global HR & Talent Acquisition projects where necessary.
Role Responsibility
The Challenge
So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:
- Source high quality talent across a wide range of Dechra vacancies across our Global PDRA division and the wider organisation
- Utilise tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Global ATS system (TribePad) and other recruitment tools to proactively build and engage with a diverse pipeline of candidates for future Dechra vacancies
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders across the organisation, offering talent advice and guidance where appropriate
- Assist with the creation of job descriptions and adverts to support the direct sourcing strategy
- Support with the implementation of the Dechra Talent Brand and EVP
- Manage interview arrangements and general talent acquisition administration
- Work with external stakeholders such as universities and colleges to promote Dechra
- Work on a number of roles simultaneously and meet expectations
- Undertake volume recruitment exercises
- Assist the Group Talent Partner with the day to day administration of the global ATS system
- Maintain databases, reports and records as agreed with the Group Talent Partner
- Liaise with external agency suppliers where necessary and manage external recruitment processes on behalf of the hiring manager

About You

- Previous experience of recruiting for talent within a Pharmaceutical, Regulatory, Technical or Scientific environment (either agency or in-house)
- Experience of supporting recruitment campaigns for scarce talent
- Previous experience of working closely with internal stakeholders of all levels
- Previous experience of working in a shared service centre environment with exposure to wide array of HR activities
- Experience working with a global ATS system (TribePad preferred)
- Experience recruiting globally
