Artwork Coordinator (m/f/x)

Role Responsibility

So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

  • Project coordination to implement artwork change on packaging components in accordance with GMP and market requirements.
  • Priority management for all activities and change based on ARF (artwork request form) of all printed packaging items.
  • Coordination of all business functions involved in the creation, management, and control of printed items, specifically, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain Planning and Purchasing, MS&T, Quality Assurance in order to plan, prioritise and consolidate all activities regarding implementation of new artwork.
  • Detailed planning of the various steps in the change process to bring new version by insuring minimal product of materials obsolescence and no discontinuity of supply.
  • Coordination of technical requirements for packaging artwork and printer suppliers to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Cooperation with print packaging suppliers
  • Participation in the creation 2D code according to GS1 legislation
  • Review and approval of shipper labels
  • Participation in the preparation of master data for new products
  • Check-up and update of master data for existing products.
  • Coordination of activities for BoM preparation
  • Change and entry of new BoM in ERP system.
  • Participation in creation of SOP’s

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience of dealing with multiple spreadsheets and have the skill to extract relevant data from various sources and databases.
  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
  • Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and Outlook and Teams).

Though not necessary, it would be great if you have:

  • Experience of working in a GMP change management system.
  • Experience of SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Experience and understanding of pharmaceutical packaging artwork/labelling management.
