Data Administrator, Supply Chain (1 year project)

The Opportunity 

This role supports Supply Chain Remediation, Consent Decree and CMC programs to ensure the improvement initiatives are delivered on time.  This role will also support Supply Chain/Quality and will report to the Supply Chain SME / Workstream Lead.

Role Responsibility

So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

Remediation Support

  • Assist on appropriate strategies to correct compliance gaps (identified through remediation) with intermediate controls and/or sustainable corrective/preventive actions.
  • Assist in building best practices, skills, and capability throughout the site organization, with the focus in the Logistics and Supply Chain functions.

Supply Chain/Quality Support:

  • In collaboration with others within the Supply Chain team, develop and maintain databases and data analytics necessary for projects implementation and monitoring. Acquire and abstract primary or secondary data from existing internal or external data sources. Perform data entry, either manually or using scanning technology, when needed or required.
  • Interpret data and develop recommendations based on findings.  Develop graphs, reports, and presentations of project results to timelines.
  • Communicate in an effective manner with the Managers and team regarding ongoing projects, work activities and other concerns. Promotes effective communication and working relationships within Materials Management team and other departments.
  • Perform other duties as necessary for the smooth operation of the department. Work with subject matter experts to understand and assist with context in data systems and processes.  Review and handle all correspondence including drafting of responses and produce official correspondence as required.  Manage incoming/outgoing emails and prioritize items as necessary.
