The Opportunity
The Digital Designer measures and optimises Dechra’s digital solutions to improve usability and create the best user experience by exploring different approaches to solve end-users’ problems.
Role Responsibility
The Challenge
So, what will you be doing? This role has a broad and varied remit and the successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:
- Together with the CX manager work to implement Design Thinking philosophy at Dechra.
- Designing, producing, and managing interactive online content and website designs.
- Collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure that all designs align with the brand guidelines, while also meeting usability and website standards.
- Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
- Work together with the UX designer to transform wireframes into intuitive user interfaces.
- Provide advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns, projects, and promotional events.

Educated to degree level (or equivalent) Digital design, web design or graphic design qualification.

Good understanding of UX principles.

A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity

Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
