Opportunity

We are looking for a talented and dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Ouderwater for 32 hours per week. This role offers lots of variety, including the development and implementation of HR strategies, recruitment and selection, inflow, advancement and outflow and absenteeism management.

You will also be involved in larger issues such as the development of personnel policy, sustainable employability and other current HR themes. In addition, you will support and advise managers of the Sales, Marketing and Warehouse departments on HR issues. You actively take the lead, give expert advice and are always ready to assist with challenging employment matters.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives;
• Creating involvement within the organization by setting an appealing vision, setting plans and goals and working towards them consistently
• Coordinate HR projects and programs to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes
• Recruiting, selecting and onboarding qualified candidates for various positions within the company
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and creating and updating HR policies and procedures
• Providing advice and support to management on various HR issues, seamlessly switching between operational, tactical and strategic levels

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in HR or related field
• Relevant work experience within HR
• You are enterprising, organizationally aware and you actively seek collaboration with colleagues
• You are a self starter and also fit within a fast and progressive company
• You don't lose sight of the interests of the staff
• You are able to work at our location in Oudewater on a hybrid basis 
• You have a good level of conversational and written Dutch language skills 
• You have a high knowledge of Dutch Labour Laws
