Senior PMO - ERP (18 month FTC)

Job Introduction

Job Purpose

The Manufacturing and Supply Chain division is implementing Oracle Cloud applications across its internal manufacturing sites. This is a key project in the digital transformation of the end-to-end processes across the division and the outcome will be to harmonize best practice across the global business with increased efficiency, compliance, and productivity

The PMO will be responsible for supporting the successful implementation of the global ERP solution across the network.

Main Responsibilities 

PMO Management:

  • Help to develop and implement the PMO framework across the programme.
  • Develop and manage a centralised repository for project documentation.
  • Proactively escalate issues as per the Governance structure.
  • Help to develop a standardised approach and deployment templates to be executed at each site.

 

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Management of the programme plan, ensuring updates are controlled and changes are effectively communicated to those impacted.
  • Collaborate with the project team and stakeholders to build dependencies, deliverables, and timelines.
  • RAID log management, ensuring all risks are captured and managed appropriately.


Reporting and Communication:

  • Take responsibility of co-ordinating all Programme Governance forums by preparing and coordinating content, facilitating if needed, capturing actions / decisions.
  • Establish a regular cadence of reporting that provides simple and transparent updates.
  • Track deliverables across the team, flagging issues appropriately.
  • Ensure the communication between the programme team and site team is effective and timely.
  • Proactive and effective stakeholder management to support decision making and delivery of the programme.

 

                Training and Development:

  • Support the site level PMOs / SILs creating a community of practice and ensuring a standardised approach.
  • Provide training and support various team members on PMO processes and tools where necessary.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the Delphi team.

 

                  Project Assurance: 

  • Conduct project reviews, post implementation evaluations and lessons learned to support areas for improvement.
  • Implement project management practices and ensure adherence to industry standards and methodologies.


Ideal Candidate 

  • Experience of an ERP or similar system implementation
  • Strong project management skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced change environment, both individually and in a team 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven experience in building successful partnerships
  • Good change management skills
  • Confident with engaging and managing stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to interact cross-functionally and communicate collaboratively in a complex enviroment
  • Proficiency in English essential


Desirable

  • Experience within a global business
  • Knowledge of best practice compliance in a pharmaceutical environment
