Opportunity
Are you ready to be the go-to expert for HR data and systems across Europe? As our HR Data Analyst, you’ll be the key connector between HR data, system administration, and operational teams, helping drive accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across our HR landscape. You’ll work alongside the EU HR team and Shared Service Center, supporting major HR initiatives, reporting, and data integrity. What You’ll Do:
- Be our HR Data champion: Act as the Oracle Fusion HR system super-user, resolving inquiries and issues while ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Drive data compliance: Lead GDPR compliance efforts across the HR EU team to protect employee data and privacy.
- Support strategic HR initiatives: Collaborate with HRBPs and the EU HR Director on workforce planning, reporting, and annual processes like compensation reviews and talent management.
- Enhance HR operations: Partner with Finance to ensure data accuracy, assist with global HR systems projects, and provide guidance on best practices for data handling.
- Assist in HR projects across Europe: Lead the charge on data accuracy, assist in new module adoption, and facilitate processes across multiple countries.
Role Responsibility
Main Responsibilities:
- System mastery & data integrity: Maintain HR databases, ensure accurate employee contract management, and audit data regularly.
- Team support & collaboration: Work closely with the HR EU team to ensure timely, accurate data input and share responsibilities with the Shared Service Center.
- Project coordination: Take on system-related project implementations and support recurring global HR projects like salary reviews and talent management.
The Ideal Candidate
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of experience in HR/Data analytics or similar fields with an understanding of people operations metrics, KPIs and data analytics
- Expertise in HR data systems, ideally Oracle Fusion
- A keen eye for detail
- A proactive approach to solving data and system challenges
- Strong collaboration skills to partner with teams across finance, HR, and operations but also enjoy working independently
- Commitment to data integrity, compliance, and privacy
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Comfortable with pulling, improving, standardizing and presenting data
- Resilient under pressure and adaptable to change
- A true team player
- Affinity with automation
