Opportunity
We are looking for a talented and dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Oudewater, working 32 hours per week. This role offers a wide range of responsibilities, including developing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and selection, overseeing employee onboarding and development, and handling offboarding and absenteeism management.
You will also tackle larger topics, such as developing personnel policies, promoting sustainable employability, and addressing other current HR challenges. Additionally, you will provide support and advice to managers in the Sales, Marketing, and Warehouse departments on HR matters. As a proactive leader, you will offer expert guidance and be ready to assist with complex employment issues.

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives
- Foster engagement within the organization by setting an inspiring vision, creating plans and goals, and consistently working toward them
- Coordinate HR projects and programs to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes
- Recruit, select, and onboard qualified candidates for various roles within the company
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and continuously update HR policies and procedures
- Provide advice and support to management on various HR matters, seamlessly switching between operational, tactical, and strategic levels

The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in HR or a related field
- Relevant HR work experience
- Proactive, organizationally aware, and eager to collaborate with colleagues
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, progressive company
- Able to balance the interests of both staff and the company
- Willing and able to work on a hybrid basis at our Oudewater location
- Strong conversational and written Dutch language skills
- In-depth knowledge of Dutch labor laws
